Born in Asturias, Spain, Miguel holds a University degree in Business Administration. He was a High School exchange student in Mississippi (USA) and a Eramus student at the DCU, Dublin, Ireland. After many years working in multinationals, he decided to remove his tie and suit and founded 30mps Adventures to help people pursue their dreams. Riding through the vast region of Patagonia all the way down to Ushuaia or the muddy trails and green fields along the Mongolia-London route are just some of the dreams he already made true, but Miguel has left his wheel tracks in more than 30 countries on motorcycles or jeeps. Sara has been riding a motorcycle for many years and has just participated in her first DAKAR, being the first woman to do so in the Moto Malles category (without assistance). This Zamora Engineer was BAJAS World Champion in 2017, and champion of Spain Rally TT in 2016, 2017 and 2018. It is a pleasure to have this extraordinary person and great professional as a Roadbook Course Instructor. Welcome Sara!

Mountain guide, skiing & diving instructor...David has been involved in motorcycles and 4x4s vehicules all his life. Since he was little, his passion for nature & traveling and the 2 and 4 wheels has given him great experience, especially during his years working in North Africa where the dunes and roads were his daily routine during the many years as part of the elite corps of the state security forces.

In addition to being a great person, he is a great professional and our 4x4 Trip Director where he is in charge of taking you to live unique experiences with the peace of mind that you are in the best hands.

Joaquín has been all his life riding motorcycles: Enduro, dual-sport, custom...he loves anything that has 2 wheels and engine! Large experience guy in 30mps tours: Alaska, Nepal, Mongolia, Vietnam...this last destination is one of his favourites since he lives part of the year there and also is married to a vietnamite girl, so riding with him in Vietnam is a great experience!

Jorge is our Technical Director of the training school. With many years of experience giving courses for those who have a motorcycle trail and want to take their first steps off the asphalt, Jorge is a reference at national level.

He was one of the winners in the national competition of the GS Days which led him to be part of the Spanish team in the GS Trophy 2012 world championship in Argentina.

A passionate of trail bikes, of adventure, that In addition to his dedication as an instructor and guide at 30MPS, he runs one of the most important stores in the capital: MotoAdventure Madrid.

This is Prabin. He is a legend. Always smiling, telling jokes…before joining our team for touring groups on motorcycles, he was a trekking guide in the Everest region so he is an expert on the ground and riding conditions. If you come to join us on the Annapurna Challenge you will be lead by the best possible team to ride with on this mountains.

Gustavo had always been down in the mud, literally. Dirt Motorcycles, 4x4 Jeeps…the more difficult is the pass, the more he enjoys. Gustavo had always lived surrounded by engines, rivers, offroads, rocks…and he is one of the most expertise guides in Costa Rica, the country where he was born and he know like the palm of his hand.

Mongolia is one of the most inhospitable countries in the world. A trip on a motorcycle or Jeep in this huge land can turn into a nightmare if something happens and you are not in good hands. That is why we have Sukhe in our team, the best guide in the country who saw him born, and which he has hardened throughout his life traveling every meter, some time on really hostage weather conditions. Mechanical expert, Sukhe is the person you want to be with on these types of trips, able to find a solution at any time.

Ramos is 30mps local guide and he is the one in charge of making you enjoy riding in Uganda and have the best experience ever in one of the countries with the largest wildlife possible. Ramos had been working on tours over 15 years and he is also an expert mechanic, son if something happens and can be fixed, he will fix it. If not, he will probably fix it too.
